We recommend keeping pets in a comfortable room away from the cleaning area during the appointment. Not all pets enjoy the sound of our equipment or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know ahead of time how you'd like to handle your pets and we'll work around them.

Our Pet Odor Treatment add-on ($25/area) uses an enzyme-based formula that breaks down pet urine and odors at the molecular level — not just a cover-up or deodorizer. For most pet accidents, it completely eliminates the odor. Very old or deeply saturated urine that has soaked through the carpet into the padding may require additional treatment, which we'll discuss with you honestly before starting.

Absolutely. We clean sofas, loveseats, recliners, sectionals, and more — including pieces with significant pet hair and dander. We recommend a quick vacuuming of heavy pet hair before we arrive to help us focus on the deep cleaning, but it's not required.
